European Union partnered with Ministry of Human Rights Pakistan, to raise awareness about the girl child’s education and basic rights. We’ve been contacted though EU’s appointed firm Earnest & Young to design, plan and manage the event from the scratch to a grand execution. We’re honored to be working with MoHR Pakistan and its representatives.
Project Description
The goal was to manage and decorate the area of 3,000 square feet, as the venue was Lok Virsa’s Lawn. We have carpeted the whole un-even and bumpy ground. The set up was made using truss, beams and criss-cross fabric on top, completely thematic catering with cinema style sitting, the stage backdrop is fabricated and manufactured on the venue itself. For presentations and videos playback we have installed 2 big digital displays at the left and right of the stage, the food was to cook live and serve fresh. We’re honored to precisely plan and execute the event successfully, as we were hosting Ms. Shireen Mazari, Asad Umar, Mehwish Hayat (Ambassador for girl child rights), European Union officials and many others with wide media coverage.
